Welcome to Seekers Golf. By accessing this website (www.seekersgolf.ca) and participating in the Seekers Golf league, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for Seekers Golf, purchasing a membership, or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not use the Site or participate in the league.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.

Seekers Golf reserves the right to accept or reject membership at its discretion.

3. Membership and Payments

  • Membership fees must be paid in full to participate

  • All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments)

  • Membership grants access to the Seekers Golf platform and league features

4. Refund Policy

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Seekers Golf may, at its discretion, provide refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances.

5. League Format and Rules

  • Seekers Golf operates as a competitive amateur golf league

  • Members may submit rounds through the members portal

  • Standings are based on submitted scores and league scoring rules

  • Leaderboards are updated periodically (e.g., every 20 days)

Seekers Golf reserves the right to modify scoring systems, rules, or format at any time to maintain fairness and integrity.

6. Score Submission and Integrity

  • All scores must be submitted honestly and accurately

  • Seekers Golf operates on an honour-based system

  • We reserve the right to request verification (e.g., scorecards)

  • Any suspected cheating or manipulation may result in disqualification or removal from the league without refund

7. Handicap Submission

  • Members are responsible for submitting an accurate starting handicap

  • Seekers Golf may adjust or review handicaps if deemed necessary

8. Prizing and Awards

  • Prizes may be awarded based on standings, participation, or sponsor contributions

  • Prize structures may vary and are not guaranteed

  • Seekers Golf reserves the right to modify or substitute prizes at any time

9. Member Conduct

Members are expected to:

  • Act respectfully toward other participants

  • Maintain integrity in all submissions

  • Follow all applicable golf course rules and regulations

Seekers Golf reserves the right to remove any member for misconduct.

10. Assumption of Risk

Participation in golf activities involves inherent risks.

By participating in Seekers Golf, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with playing golf and related activities.

11. Limitation of Liability

Seekers Golf, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during golf activities

  • Loss of property or personal belongings

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation

Participation is at your own risk.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality

  • Misuse any features of the platform

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, branding, and materials, is the property of Seekers Golf and may not be used without permission.
