All Seekers Golf memberships are considered final sale.
Once a membership has been purchased, it is non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions

Personal circumstances

2. League Participation
Membership grants access to the Seekers Golf platform, including:

Members portal

Score submission system

Leaderboard participation

League features and updates
Access to these services is considered fulfillment of the membership purchase.

3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances at the sole discretion of Seekers Golf, including:

Duplicate payments

Technical errors during checkout

Billing errors
To request a review, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

4. Event or League Changes
Seekers Golf reserves the right to modify:

League format

Scoring systems

Features and offerings
Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

5. Cancellations
Memberships cannot be cancelled for a refund once purchased.

6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Seekers Golf first may result in:

Suspension of your account

Removal from the league

Ineligibility for standings and prizes
